Loans Against Fine Art
Minimum value of Art collection £3m
We are able to arrange secured loans against Fine Art.
The Art would normally be stored securely at the lenders approved facility. If your artwork is being displayed at a recognised gallery then an agreement might be possible to keep it there.
Due to the time consuming nature of this type of transaction our lenders require the security to be valued at a minimum of £3m.
To obtain the most competitive interest rate our lenders would normally lend up to 50% of the value. Higher loan to values are available, but would attract higher interest rates.
