Development Finance: About

Residential & Commercial Development Finance

Experienced and inexperienced developers.

We can arrange Senior debt with or without top up finance to get you to the desired loan amount.

The maximum combined borrowing is 75% of the gross sales/development value (GDV).

Rates vary, because they are based on combinations of both loan to cost (LTC) and loan to gross development value (GDV). Experience and quality of project also affect rates.

We can use a mixture of a development loan with some mezzanine finance to increase the loan to 75% of GDV in some cases.

Some of the costs that typically can be considered as part of the borrowing calculations are;

  • Purchase price and associated purchase costs

  • Build/refurbishment costs

  • Professional fees

Whether you’re looking to develop from the ground up, refurbish an existing property or are an existing landowner with a joint venture idea, Altius Capital has the experience, contacts and skills to help you. For a free consultation, contact the team today.
